We stayed up late last night...way later than we normally do so that meant that when my alarm went off at 7 to get up to go to my weekly weigh in I didn't get up. Oops :) That is one nice thing about being a teacher and being on Christmas break....SLEEPING in!!!
Once I got up I decided that I needed to get to the gym to start my work out habit now instead of waiting until the first of the year. I went and did Day 1 of Couch to 10K (will blog more about that later!) I also did 30 minutes on the elliptical. After working out I went and weighed in. Unfortunately I was up another 2 pounds which means back to the drawing board for the month of January. I really need to step up the exercise and track my food. When I was doing both I was dropping about 1 to 2 pounds a week.
Disapointed in my weigh in, but happy with the fact that at least I went in to get weighed!
